Children and adults with disabilities like Down Syndrome and Autism have dreams and goals just like everyone else. Our job is to help them define what a meaningful life means to them and then work together to achieve that. We envision the day in which every person with a disability is recognized and appreciated for who they are and for their contributions to our community.

Noble is guided by the following values:

  • Celebrate People with Developmental Disabilities
  • Dignity and Respect
  • Integrity
  • Excellence
  • Inclusion
  • Accountability
  • Innovation and Creativity

We believe in being good stewards of our resources. For a copy of our most recent Form 990, click here. You can also see our FY '11 Annual Report here.

Noble of Indiana earned a Company that Cares distinction for results during the 2010 United Way of Central Indiana annual workplace campaign.
