New for Siblings! The sibling relationship is unique, and siblings are critical to ensuring that
their loved ones enjoy all aspects of life. The Arc's new National Sibling Council will connect siblings with each other and offer them opportunities to impact policy, service delivery and the quality of life for millions of Americans with disabilities. These programs will also offer support for those looking for answers to questions unique to their families. Click here to get involved today.

On Nov. 1, The Arc of Indiana's Building Pathways to Empowerment campaign released its Blueprint for Change, a series of five key goals that will empower families to shape their future, use what they need and help our state deploy funding more effectively:
- Building Career Pathways for All
- Discovering and Realizing Individual Gifts
- Supporting Resourcefulness of Individuals, Families and Communities
- Using What You Need
- Shifting the Power to What Works
This transformational plan is the culmination of months of work by providers like Noble, families, and self advocates; the expertise of some of the brightest minds in our field from across the country; and input gathered at forums around the state. It is designed to empower people to shape their own future, nurture and create natural systems of support, and strengthen the foundation of programs and services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. Be sure to review it and let us know what you think.
The new Medicaid Waiver guide, An Introduction to Indiana's Medicaid Waiver Program for Home and Community Based Services is now available.
As an affiliated chapter of The Arc, Noble also helps people we advocate for themselves, providing them with the tools to effectively communicate their needs, goals and dreams. Each legislative session, Noble and The Arc of Indiana educate legislators on our Public Policy Agenda and alert advocates as important issues come before the General Assembly. Sign up for these Action Alerts.
