Making the Transition—The school years are a time of transition to the next life stage. To help you navigate the way, we can sit down with you individually or as part of a small group presentation. And through our Center for Family Leadership, we help parents advocate for their rights, connect with families who’ve already navigated those vital transition periods, and plan for the future.

School-to-Work Services—From help in drafting a resume to practicing interviewing skills, Noble's award-winning School-to-Work service assists Pike High School students with disabilities in making the transition to the workforce. Together with teachers, family members and school administrators, Noble employment consultants help students gain marketable job skills working at local businesses and make a smoother transition to the workforce after graduation.
