- Supported Employment —This customized personnel service assists businesses in hiring and supporting dedicated employees with disabilities. We match the employer’s needs with the job candidate's skills and interests and provide on-the-job training and support. deb.okotie@nobleofindiana.org
- Work Crews —Our work crews, comprised of three or four individuals with disabilities supervised by a Noble staff member, complete short- and long-term assignments at the employer's place of business. david.wood@nobleofindiana.org
- Noble Industries —A sub-contracting operation, Noble Industries provides solutions for assembly, packaging, shrink-wrapping, salvaging and sampling. There, individuals with disabilities gain work skills and provide cost-effective services to area businesses. sales@nobleofindiana.org
