Our services meet or exceed the highest quality service standards of CARF, our national accrediting body. Staff members undergo extensive, ongoing training on how to ensure that individuals enjoy a safe, healthy environment that promotes individual growth and independence.

Staff members are trained in crisis prevention techniques and positive behavioral supports from the AAID curriculum. Individual-specific training is a key element of this, as is our philosophy of promoting safety, teamwork, attitude and results (STAR program). Staff members also promote the rights of each individual, meaningful day supports and services, community integration, individual training and skills acquisition.
