Noble Industries

Individuals with disabilities develop work skillsOutsource your work to Noble Industries, and let our people take care of it for you!

For many, work is a defining part of their lives.
The same is true for people with disabilities,
which is why Noble of Indiana offers a number of employment options.

At Noble Industries, individuals with disabilities have
the opportunity to develop work skills, make friends
and contribute to the community at a Noble location
while earning a paycheck. These individuals perform assembly, packaging, shrink-wrapping, salvaging, recycling and sampling tasks for businesses across the country.

Like participants in all of Noble’s services, those working at Noble Industries also
receive person-centered planning to help them develop and achieve their goals.

In addition to periodic jobs like preparing over 40,000 bags and envelopes for the Indianapolis 500 Mini Marathon, Noble Industries undertakes a number of regular contract jobs. For example, each month individuals assemble thousands of Training Rations for the troops at Camp Atterbury. Dialogue Co. of New Jersey contracts out hand collation and packaging jobs that range from bags for veterinarians to those for cardiologists to distribute to their patients. Often, the brochures are accompanied by items like pet treats or nutrition bars.

Not all jobs involve hand assembly. For several years, Cannon IV has contracted with Noble Industries to process used printer cartridges for recycling. Other jobs involve shrink-wrapping and packaging, providing opportunities for individuals to learn a wide variety of job skills and determine their future career interests.
