Have fun while raising funds and awareness for Noble.
Founded in 1990, the Noble Auxiliary is a volunteer group of approximately 30 women ranging from their 20s to their 50s and from singles to seasoned parents. While some of our members are busy raising children, others are leading hectic professional lives.
However, we are united in our purpose: To raise funds for Noble.
Each year, we host A Noble Evening in the Garden, our annual preview gala to the Indiana Flower and Patio Show. Held at the Indiana State Fairgrounds each March, A Noble Evening in the Garden offers delicious food and drinks, silent and live auctions, and a variety of entertainment set in a beautiful spring landscape. This event is a must-attend event on the Indianapolis social calendar that has raised over $1 million for Noble. We meet the second Thursday of every month for dinner at one of our member's homes to plan this event.
In planning A Noble Evening in the Garden, we divide up into work-groups so each of us can focus on the areas we excel at, like:
- Event Image Committee
- Restaurant Committee
- Entertainment Committee
- Silent Auction Committee
- Logistics Committee
- Oureach Committee
We also encourage our members to get to know the people served by Noble by volunteering at events hosted by Noble:
- Summer Camps for School-Age Children
- Holiday Parties
- Cookie-Making
- Ice Cream Socials
- Helping with Art Projects and Recreation Activities in Noble Programs
This fall, the Auxiliary is doing some grass roots fundraising to help raise extra revenue for Noble. Donate today to help the Auxiliary achieve their group goal of raising $5,000! Please be sure to reference the name of the Auxiliary member in your contribution so she receives recognition for your donation at checkout. Thanks so much for supporting Noble!
