| Nov 7 2011 | On Nov. 1, The Arc of Indiana's Building Pathways to Empowerment campaign released its Blueprint for Change, a series of five key goals that will empower families to shape their future, use what they need and help our state deploy funding more effectively:
This transformational plan is the culmination of months of work by providers like Noble, families, and self advocates; the expertise of some of the brightest minds in our field from across the country; and input gathered at forums around the state. It is designed to empower people to shape their own future, nurture and create natural systems of support, and strengthen the foundation of programs and services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. Be sure to review it and let us know what you think.
