Direct Support Professional This hourly position (32.5 hours/week) works within a team setting and assists in the implementation and data collection of individual support plans. Provide direct supervision, instruction and support to individuals during times of transition, training and as directed by supervisor. Assist individuals with their daily personal care needs. High school diploma or GED and six months experience or CNA certification required. Must provide own transportation and meet insurability and background check requirements. Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapists (contract) Provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative occupational, physical, and speech and language services for children birth to age three in the First Steps Early Intervention program. Services are home and community based. Requires appropriate degree, licensure, board registration and First Steps certification. Must provide own transportation and meet insurability and background check requirements.
Government and Community Relations Coordinator Coordinates all aspects of local and state government relations, assists Noble with communications to stakeholders and other community audiences. Assist in the production of internal and external publications and marketing materials, and coordinate media coverage for events involving community issues. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Telecommunication or a related field; 1 year of experience working with publication writing, layout and design; and demonstrated knowledge/ experience working with legislative issues, process and lobbying. Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, have valid driver's license, and meet driving insurability, background check requirements and pre-employment drug screen.
Instructor Work within a team setting providing direct support to adults with developmental disabilities. Position is full time 37.5 hours/week. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to developing and implementing daily activity & lesson plans, coordinating a daily schedule that meets service standards and includes activities that are meaningful to the persons served; attending to the daily personal, self-care needs of persons served; transporting individuals to and from community activities and establishing and promoting community linkages and support for persons served; and identifying adaptations and/or alternative supports so that each individual may actively participate in all phases of services of their choice. Requires a Bachelor's degree, plus experience with people with disabilities. Must provide own transportation, have valid driver's license and meet driving insurability and background check requirements. Must have ability to life 75lbs, stand, walk, bend and reach frequently throughout the workday.
Job Development Specialist Responsible for developing employment opportunities and coordinating placement, training and ongoing supports to assist individuals with disabilities to gain and maintain competitive employment. Includes actively pursuing job leads, cold calls & networking; conducting job analysis, identifying job carving opportunities and assessing potential barriers to employment. Requires a Bachelor's degree plus experience with people with developmental disabilities. Must provide own transportation, have valid driver's license and meet driving insurability and background check requirements. Must have ability to lift 75lbs, stand, walk, bend and reach frequently throughout the workday. Position is 40 hrs/wk and may include occasional evenings and weekends.
