Employment Consultant
Full-time hourly position in Noble's Community Employment Services is responsible for completing initial assessments, developing employment opportunities, coordinating placements and providing individual on-the-job training and ongoing supports necessary to assist individuals with disabilities in gaining and maintaining competitive employment. Provides instruction on work skills, work behaviors and other related areas using a variety of systematic instructional techniques and support strategies. Requires a Bachelor's degree. Demonstrated knowledge of job analysis, job development and community networking preferred. Must be able to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Must provide own transportation, have a valid driver's license and meet driving insurability and background check requirements.
