Direct Support Professionals

We are currently hiring DSPs for Noble's Center-Based Adult Day Services (East-side), Work Crews (5 am - 1 pm shift), Community Exploration, Community Living residential services, and Noble Industries employment services. Full and part-time hourly positions working one-on-one or within a team setting to provide direct supervision and instruction to individuals, assist with daily personal care needs, and provide training and support for individuals to achieve outcomes in the areas of life skills, personal development, community integration, job skills and independent living.

DSP positions require a high school diploma/GED and six months paid work experience; CNA certification a plus. Must provide own transportation, have a valid driver's license and meet driving insurability and background check requirements. Must be able to lift 75 lbs, stand, walk, bend and reach frequently throughout the workday.
