Noble has been expanding opportunities and enhancing the quality of life for people with disabilities since 1953.
Noble was founded in 1953 by parents of children with developmental disabilities who ignored their doctors’ advice to put their children in institutions or shelter them at home. Realizing that their children had abilities and talents to share, they formed Noble School to offer what society would not: an education.
Over the years, the organization has evolved to meet the changing needs of the people we serve. From supports provided to individuals in their homes, schools, places of business and at our five Indiana sites (Noble East, Noble Business Enterprises, Broad Ripple, Carmel and Richmond), we now offer a wide variety of services, including:
- First Steps Early Intervention Therapies for Infants and Toddlers
- Autism & Therapy Services Featuring ABA Therapy
- Camps for School-Age Children
- Project SEARCH and School-to-Work Transition Services for Teens
- Community Living Residential Services
- Behavioral Therapy
- Community Integration Services
- Employment Services
We serve approximately 1,600 children and adults with developmental disabilities each year, as well as their families, through our individualized services focused on helping them Dream it. Live it.TM
We owe it to our founding families and the strong foundation they left behind to build our future on their legacy.
Noble is a values-driven organization operating under the highest level of CARF accreditation.
Join our team and discover a truly noble career waiting for you.
While the majority of our supports are provided in the community, we also have five convenient Indiana locations ready to serve you.
